| Description / विवरण | The pillar registers three panels. The upper panel shows seated Gaja Lakshmi in padmasana holding lotuses in her hands. A pair of elephants standing on either side pouring water over her head with their raised trunks. The middle panel shows asthabhuja Mahishasuramardini trampling Mahisa with trident holding with her right fore hand and lifting the animal holding its tail with her left hand. She holds shield, sword, bow, arrow, ghanta, trident, damaru and pasa. To her left is a simhasana chair . In the lower part of panel is a tree with a crow pecking the leaves and another mythical bird having incurved tail and pointed beak holding leaves not clear |
