| Description / विवरण | Pahari Miniature painting illustrating the Raga Hindola. Krishna and Radha are sitting in a swing which is hung by poles of red colour. The vertical bars are a bit conical while the horizontal bar of equal thickness. Krishnas Dhoti is yellow with golden spots while Radha s shirt is golden and orange. There is a golden halo around the head of Krishna. Two maids one on each side are helping the swing. Two other maids one on each side are playing on Vina and sitar. In the foreground is a patch of whitish grey colour depicting water. There are three ducks in the water. There are two herons facing inside and between. Then appears again figure of a duck. The middle ground is yellowish green. In the background is a row of trees with thick foliage. Above the trees is the grey sky. |
