| Description / विवरण | Pahari Miniature painting showing Parasurama fighting with & slaying Kartivirya The thousand arm king of Haihayas sage jamadagini is lying in the lap of his wife Renuka in front of their hut which is of conical shape and made of grass. Its clout is yellow & from inside it is mauve Renukas choli is red and her odhni is black with white flowers. Parasurama is blue. Parasurama is holding a loft his axe in his right hand. Just above his figure is the cow Surabhi with red wing which is running fast towards the left corner of the picture Kartavirya is dressed in a red clock Jama . The green shashi has yellow ends. His two arms have been amputated. In his each arm he is holding dagger, Dada, Snake, Chkra, Sword, dagger spear, axe arrow & shield etc. In his lowest two hands he is holding his sword with pink sheath. The background is light blue. |
