| Description / विवरण | This pillar belongs to the fold of early phase. It is a decorated pillar. The top portion of the pillar is plain. The decoration is seen in all sides. The fronal portion of the pillar is decorated with a kalasa at the bottom. Above it there is amorous couple standing in tribhanga pose and is holding each other. Above it a person is seen who is holding a chouri in his right hand and left hand is resting over his thigh. Above it there is a chaitya arch flanked by two horses and above it there is a kirtimukha flanked by two gajabidals. The back portion of the pillar isn t clearly seen. In the right side of the pillar, the base portion is designed with a kalasa and above it there is a standing amorous couple, in which the male person is holding the right hand of female. The rest portion has similar to the frontal portion. The left side of the pillar is same to the right side. |
