| Description / विवरण | Three plates attach with ring with a seal. The second side of the 1st and 3rd plate are left blank there are altogether 50 lines of writing. The seal contains the image of Buddha but not clearly visible. The language of the inscription is Sanskrit and script is Eastern variety of northern class alphabet. The inscription records that village named Talakajia in the kosala country was granted in favour of brahmana named Kamodeva by king Mahasivagupta. |
