| Description / विवरण | Three plates are attached to a ring. The first side of the first plate and second side of the third plate are left blank. Altogether 50 lines of writing. The seal is not clear. The language of writing is Sanskrit the Script is Proto-nagari. The plates record the gift of the village Nibinna in the Kosala Country, to the Dikshita Pundarika Serman. |
