| Description / विवरण | Surya is standing in Samabhanga pose and holds a full blown lotus in each hand. He is wearing long earring, necklace, bracelets, garland, long shoes and well dressed. He is adorned with kirita mukuta. Aruna is placed at his feet, seated in padmasana with seven horses carved on the face of the pedestal. Aruna holds the reins in his left hand while his uplifted right hand holds a lash. Two female attendants standing each side of the deity. Two flying Vidyadharas are flanked by both side of image. |
