| Description / विवरण | The God, in ardhaparyankasana, embraces the Goddess who is seated on his lap, his lower left hand being placed below her breast, the two upper hands holding a trident and a snake. Below are the lion and the bull vahanas, together with the sage Bhrngi. The two pilasters at the side are topped by seated four-armed figures both of whom hold a bijapuraka in the lower left hand, their lower right hands being in abhaya mudra. The two upper hands hold unidentified objects. The offsets at the side carry, from top to bottom, figures of a seated two-armed deity holding a club and a bijapuraka, vyalas, and standing attendants carrying clubs. Above Siva is a pedestal with five Lingas flanked by flying Vidyadharas. |
