| Description / विवरण | Devi seated in padmasana. She is shown in dhyana mudra. She has four hands. The head is decorated with karanda makuta in five receding tiers with a broad band at the bottom. The face looks slightly ovalai shape. The ears are adorned with chakra kundalas. The front lower hand hold sriphala or lotus buds, where as the right rear hand holds a parasu battle axe and the left rear holds a book or rosary. Ornaments include a kantamala, a long hara flowing through the breasts, kucha bandha and a broad girdle mekhala . She is seated on a rectangular pitha carved with floral designs. The image is in half relief. |
