| Description / विवरण | The inscription records that king Gaurinathsimha issued a mohar p 257 tra paper with royal insignia stamped on it to one Tarkav 257 gisa Bhattacharya donating him lands in 1711 saka. While the said mohar p 257 tra had reported to be worn out, king Chandrak 257 natasimha re-issued the present copper plate charter reaffirming the earlier gift of 200 pur 257 s of land to the family of Bhattacharya on the 11th Baisakha of the saka year 1743. From the office of the D.C.,Kamrup, the plate was brought to the Assam State Museum in 1970. |
