| Description / विवरण | It is about land grant to Debatra to some people. The plate contains writings on its observe only. After the fifth line from the top the writings are being arranged in to eight vertical column. In the middle of the right column there are two seals inscribed in lines. The upper contains the name of Lakhmisimha. The lower seal contains the drawing of a winged lion. |
