| Description / विवरण | This is part of a inscribed slab containing part of five lines of kannada inscription of 11- 12th century A.D. character of late chalukyan period.It starts with the usual invocation to god. The rectangular top portion depicts the relief of a standing cow at the left corner and the calf feeding itself. Above the cow, relief of sun or disc is depicted.In front of cow worn out relief of kneeling garuda and standing vishnu is depicted.Garuda wears a crown and has wings.He is shown folding the hands in anjali mudra. The lower half of vishnu relief and the remaining part of the inscription is missing. |
