| Description / विवरण | It consists of two broken parts of a plate, which has broken horizontally in the middle. There are two seals on the right hand side of the plate. The upper seal consist the name of Kamaleswarsimha The lower contain a winged lion. It deals with a grant of Satsandhi Satra. |
