| Description / विवरण | This is a set of three copper plate grants. They are attached by a circular ring containing a seal. The seal contains a lying lion at the top and two lines of writing at the bottom as Sri. Satrubhanjadevasya . The first side of the first plate and the second side of the third plate are left blank. There are altogether 41 lines of writing. The language of the grant is Sanskrit and the script is Eastern variety of northen class alphabet. The copper plate grant records that a village Konkaira attached to the paschima khanda of the visaya of Ramalava was given to in favour of a brahmana named Bhatta ajapala of the Maudgalya gotra, vajasaneya corana Madhyandina sakha and others. |
