| Description / विवरण | A set of three copper plates attached to copper ring. which held the royal seal marked with the figure of a lying lion. Below the lion emblem is the legend in two lines Sri satrubhaja Devasya . There are altogether 42 lines of writing on three plates. One side inscribed 9 lines of writing. On the second plates contain both side 10 lines and the third plate obverse side contain 10 lines, reverse side contain 3 lines. The language is Sanskrit and the script is Eastern variety of Northen class alphabet. It records the grant of the village Pravalisrunga in the Valakhanda vishya. In favour of the Brahamana Bhatta Vamanasvami. Who belonged to the Upamanya gotra. |
