| Description / विवरण | This is a single plate having no royal seal. The language and the script of the plate are oriya. The back side of the plate is left blank. There are altogether 14 lines of the writing . It records the grant of the village Jarasigha to Paramananda das and Pitambara Das, together with land and water by Maharajadhiraja Ramachandra Deva. |
