| Description / विवरण | Trench DX- 2, Stratum Pit 2 Sealed by layer 2 This is coin mould made of terracotta.The negative in the mould depicts Shasti deity standing in a tribhanga a standing posture . One hand is placed on waist and other is holding some object. The depression of drappery is also shown. The bead pattern around the negative is also shown. Ghata shown on one side of figure and devotees on the other side. Surface is rough and colour is brown. The basic function of mould is to cast coins for currency purpose. |
