| Description / विवरण | Trench DX - 2, Stratum Pit 2 Sealed by Layer 2 This is a terracotta coin mould of brick red colour. It has slightly broken edges. The negative in the mould depicts a standing deity in tribhanga posture with one hand placed on the waist. Deity is shown wearing earings. There are devotees on one side and pot on the other. Bead pattern around the negative is also visible. The mould was certainly used for casting coins. |
