| Description / विवरण | Trench DX- 2, Stratum Pit 1 Sealed by layer 2 This is a coin mould made of terracotta. The depression in the mould suggest the figurine of Kartikaya God. The deity is shown standing holding a spear. The Vahana of Kartikaya shown near to his feet. Moreover, the inscription around the depression for giving prominence to the figurine in the mould. This coin moulds was used to cast coins for currency purpose. Surface is rough and colour is brown. |
