| Description / विवरण | Trench DX- 2, Stratum Pit 2 Sealed by layer 2 This is a terracotta coin mould of brick brown and black colour caused due to high oxidization. It has broken edges. The negative in the mould depicts Shasti deity in tribhanga posture with one hand placed on the waist. There are devotees on one side and pot on the other. Bead pattern around the negative is also visible. The mould was certainly used for casting coins. |
