| Description / विवरण | A long barrelled gun having a elongated and comaratively narrow stock of teakwood. The stock is rectangular in section and has a low offset at the breech end. The flat iron trigger protrudes from the slot at the base, which is connected to the hammer cock at the top of stock near breech end. The iron barrel measuring 1.18 m in length is strapped to stock with seven thin iron bands fastened with nails. A small perforated bit with a iron nail IN SITU bound by two iron bands is tied to the barrel base near the muzzle end probably to fix it to the to long pivot which in turn is connected to a base . The flaring mouth of the gun measures 10 cm in circumference.Stock is brownish in colour due to patina and the gun barrel and other iron parts are rusted. |
