| Description / विवरण | This is a long barrelled gun, having a elongated stock of teak wood. The stock has a flat base and a fluted as well as protruded offset at the top near the breech end. The stock channel below the barrel is missing near the top end.A flat iron trigger is provided between a slot at the base of stock connected to the hammer cock at the side of breech end. The rusted and broken barrel measuring 1.40 m in length is strapped to the stock channel which is missing partly, with thin iron bands fastened with twisted nails . The barrel is decorated with floral designs at the breech end and at the muzzle end as well. Flaring mouth of the barrel measures 10 cm in circumference and a moulded band near it is noteworthy.Stock is brownish in colour due to patina and the gun barrel and other iron parts are rusted. |
