| Description / विवरण | The chalcedony piece is a part of lithic debitage as a result of lithic knapping. The characteristic amber yellowish colour of this material has made it a popular semi-precious stone for bead manufacture, etc. The cryptocrystalline material shhows flake scars and sharp cut edges due to flaking. Bulb of percussin is visible on the proximal end. The pice has silicious impurities and a white outer part of the cortex. |
