| Description / विवरण | The sculpture depicts Lord Vishnu in Samapadasthanaka posture on a full bloomed lotus pedestal. The deity has four hands and holding all attributes. The God wears an elaborate Kiritamakuta, Puspa and Ratna Kundalas, necklace, Upabita and long Vanamala which surrounds his body and runs on the knees below. The central deity is flanked on proper right side by Lakshmi carrying flywhisk. And on the proper left hand Devi Saraswati is standing with Vina by both hands. Both of them are highly ornamented. A small Garuda image is visible on the pedestal in Anjali mudra. |
