| Description / विवरण | Sculptured architectural fragment of a doorjamb depicting one couple in standing position, in alingana pose, in a niche. The right hand of the female figure is resting on her right thigh, while her left-hand touches her right hand. The right hand of the male figure rests on the shoulder of the female figure and left hand is holding a lotus. Both of them have elaborate headgears and adorned with jewels. Their faces are mutilated. Beneath this figure, three musician and dancers are seen but most part of their body is mutilated. At the left of these figures, the upper part of Kirtimukha is seen having protruding eyes and tusk and furious face. Below these snakes are seen coiled together but left the corner of it is broken. At the extreme left on top a female figure with elaborate headgear. |
