| Description / विवरण | An architectural pillar with the sakha part decorated with the image of the river Godess Ganga, standing on a crocodile makara . It is two armed the right hand raised upwards holding a kamandala water vessel while the left hand hangs down with the palm open on the front. She wears a tight single stranded kantamala around the neck, below which is a pendant necklace and a flowing garland like hara which falls on to the shoulder. Around the thighs is a kativalaya, hara and anklets on the leg. The feet are decorated with manjeeras. The makara faces right with mouth wide open. The Goddess kept the right leg firmly on the back of the makara while the left is kept backwards. |
