| Description / विवरण | Fragmentary frieze is carved with king Kapina s conversion to Buddhism in two parts. There are six compartments in the frieze. In one of them, towards the right, a king is shown in the royal procession. In the left side panel, he meets lord Buddha along with his retinue because of following the part of dharma. Each scene is separated by an amorous couple. There is an inscription in Ikshuvaku characters of the third century CE below. But it is defaced |
