| Description / विवरण | EM Escudos - Portuguese overseas currancy Note with denomination - 100 - Dt. 2nd January 1959., Identification - 15.00 cms 7.9 cms Printed on white paper in blue prominent , light brown and light green. Obv Bust of Banco Nacional Ultramarion, India Portuguesa & the denomination in Portugu-Afonso de Albuquerque on the lower right side with the legend ese EM Escudos in bold Hindu, Devnagari & Urdu, serial number 260561 in black on the upper right & lower leftside with the signature of vice Governor & Governor.The number denomination100 is printed on all four corners of the note. Rev Sea motifs- fleet of four ships on sea and a navigator with a scroll in hand on the shore looking towards the ships, Banco Nacional Ultramarino in bold upper character, watermark with a ship on the upper left side, denomination EM Escudos on lower right side & number denomination 100 in bold on lower left side. |
