| Description / विवरण | Obverse:-Bust of king facing to his right, nimbate, holds a mace in the right hand and spear with a banner in the left hand. He wears a triangular shaped helmet having a jeweled rim at the forehead and crest ornament. Jacket open at the chest. Bactrian legend in Greek characters PAONANO PAO OOHPKIKOPANO , "shao nano shao oaeshki Koshano or Shahenshah Huvishka". Reverse:- Female figure stands facing to her right, wears an upper robe covering the complete body and the feet, headdress tied with a ribbon, holds cornucopia with her right hand. Legend behind her back APΔOXPO, ARDOXSHO or the goddess of fortune, and a monogram on the right, beaded border. |
