| Description / विवरण | Obverse:- King standing, face mutilated, standing left and wearing close tied coat and lower garment, having a pagree or headdress on his head. Queen also wearing a headdress on her head. He holds a standard in his left hand. Both are facing each other. Right hand of the queen is resting on her thigh. Legend "Chandra" seen below the arm of the king. Another legend "Sri Kumar Deva.." is seen behind the queen and around the right side of rim. Reverse:- Goddess (Ambika?) seated on a mutilated lion (?). She is wearing a neck ornament and garments. There are six dots in a circular arrangement below her feet. Legend "Lichchavayab" seen. |
