| Description / विवरण | This is a circular copper coin issued during the time of Vijayanagara dynasty.Obverse Faint relief of Hanuman standing in alidha posture and head turned to right, is decorated with a crown. Reverse Three line inscription in kannada character of 16th century A.D. reading Sri ma ha Ra Rangaraya ... between intervening rules.Undulated surface is noteworthy and the legend in the second and third line have eroded considerably. |
