| Description / विवरण | This is an one rupee coin of British India. The coin has a profile head of King Edward VII facing the right side. The legend of the coin states- EDWARD VII KING & EMPEROR. The rim of the coin is decorated with a dotted design. The reverse of the coin consists of a crown at the top with two foliage decor flanked on both the sides. The denomination ONE RUPEE is embossed in the center. Followed by the country INDIA and a Persian script. The year of the coin 1903 is given on the bottom. |
