| Description / विवरण | Obverse:- Profile bust of a king facing to his right. Nimbate, holds a mace in the right hand and a spear with a banner in the left. Wears a bejewelled conical helmet. Bactrian legend in Greek characters. PAONANOPAO OO/HPKI KOPANO (Shao Nano Sho Ooeshki Kosano) or Shahenshah Huviska the Kushana. Reverse:- A female figure stands facing to her left, wears an upper robe covering the complete body and the feet. Hair tied with ribbon, holds a cornucopia with both the hands. Legend behind the back APΔOXPO (ARDOX SHO) or the goddess of fortune monogram on the left. Beaded rim. |
