| Description / विवरण | It is an ornamented shield. The front is painted, knobs, pad and grip are intact. The painting is the front is picked up from Ramayan. The theme is Coronation of Sugriv by Ram . Top of the shield is painted with an architectual setting of fort or palace and the bottom is painted with the coronation ceremony taking place under a canopy. On both the sides of the canopy his platoon is seen standing. There is a lack of perspective in this paintings and sense of proportion is also missing. |
