| Description / विवरण | Standing image of four handed, heavily armed Mahishasuramardini on a slab basalt . The furious goddess is depicted as killing a buffalo Mahisha . Her right foot is resting on the ground and left foot on the back of the mahisha. She is holding Ayuda Weapons in her hands clockwise i Trisula Trident striking on the back of the animal in the lower right hand. ii a Sword in the upper right hand iii a Shield in the upper left Hand. iv The demon mahisha s hair in the lower left hand. The Buffalo is facing left.The Simha Lion Vahana of the godess is attacking the Buffalo from the rear. The head of the Buffalo is lying on the ground. |
