| Description / विवरण | The halo is damaged and the portion below the waist is missing. The God, presumably in udicyavesa, holds large full-blown lotuses with winding stalks which are carved in relief on the plain halo just above the shoulders. A row of ringlets is visible on the forehead below the crown and two large twisted rolls of hair project on both sides of the head. Portions of a plain throne-back are visible below the halo. The uneven workmanship is very clearly seen in the modeling of the torso, notably the abdomen, and in the hesitant carving of the necklace and the avyanga. |
