| Description / विवरण | This piece of sculpture represents the Narsim 257 avat 257 ra of lord Vi 351 326 u. Here the Vi 351 326 u avat 257 ra in the form of lion to kill Hiranyakashipu, the demon king, is portrayed. The God is seen tearing off the belly of the demon taking his body on his lap in usual posture. The two armed Hiranyakashipu is seen with a shield and a sword in his hands. The plaque is sculptured in relief. The borders of the plaque are damaged and one side is missing. It is painted with hengool and haital colour. The back of the plaque is also damaged, making a big hole to the upper right corner. The head of the lion is in the usual satriy 257 style. |
