| Description / विवरण | Nagas as serpent spirits enjoy the status of demi-gods and it is a femiliar motif in temple sculpture.In this relief naga mithuna is depicted. A naga having three hoods and a nagini with a single hood are shown entwined in the act of copulation. One of the naga hood is damaged.This relief may be ascribed to vijayanagara period. |
