| Description / विवरण | This is a relief of two pairs of foot prints charana padukas usually found carved on bedrock or on loose blocks of stone in memory of the people who departed doing certain good deeds or saints or pontiffs.Such memorial foot prints are invariably found in and around the religious places.In the instant case two pairs of foot are carved on a rectangular block.The pair to the left is slightly larger in size than the other pair. Top surface is even whereas edges are damaged.This relief may be ascribed to vijayanagara period. |
