| Description / विवरण | The 8th Jain Tirthankara Chandraprabha is seated in padamasana mudra on a pitha.His body is appear to be motionless and half close eyes which show a beautiful meditative expresion.His curly hair has a usnisa over his head.The right hand placed over the left hand with the palm upward on his lap. Srivatsa symbol is visible on the chest.The image pedestal has an inscription of two line but it is not satisfactorily read out.On inscription script and iconographic grounds it can be ascribed of 17th century AD.His lanchhan is half moon sculpture at the pitha. |
