| Description / विवरण | The 8th jain tirthankara Chandraprabha is seated in padmasana mudra on a pitha.His Curly hair has a usnisa over his head. His body is appear to be motionless and half closed eyes which show a meditative expression. The right hand placed over the left hand with a palm upward on his lap.Srivatsa symbol is shown on the chest.The image has no inscription.On iconographic grounds it can be ascribed of C.15th century AD.his lanchhan emblem half moon is visible on the pitha. |
