| Description / विवरण | In this sculpture, a four armed Ganesha seated in sukhasana on a simple pedastal is shown.Due to weathering action surface is eroded and details are not discernible.However faint remains indicate probably he is four handed whereas lower hand holds bowl with modaka on which rests left turned trunkHe is pot bellied and outline of his lower garment is noticeable.On stylistic grounds image may be ascribed to late-chalukyan period. |
