| Description / विवरण | Badami area was part of the Adilshahi kingdom which ruled the region of northern karnataka during 16-17th cetury A.D.Duing the post vijayanagara times Badami region came under the rule of Tipusultan. This is a medium sized iron cannon ball. The diameter of cannon ball is usually lesser than the bore of the cannon barrels from which it is fired from. It is spherical in shape having undulated surface due to encrustration.May be ascribed to Adilshahi period. |
