| Description / विवरण | Side A- An eight petalled lotus is having three levels - I - Circular outline is plain. II - Corolla with its long pointed petals is shown. III - The raised disc is the centre is depicted as androecium gynoecium. eight anther lobes - six of them are broad and two narrow with their lips spatulate and are shown turned towards the gynoecium which has a large number of glandular cells one overy. Side B- In this eight petalled lotus design are shown in four levels - I - Plain circular outline. II - Calyx is shown, three broad sepals between one pair of petals and six narrow long sepals between the adjacent pair of petals. In this, mid-rib is shown in two parallel lines, the spare between them being filled with 6-8 nectares. III - The endroecium in depicted slauted cabints of thirty-eight long, thin anther lobes. IV - The raised disc is the centre is gynoecium. |
