| Description / विवरण | It is a high-relief of a male figure in motion who seems to be a musician or a yogi. The figure is depicted with a pair of almond-shaped half-closed eyes, a broad nose, a S -shaped unibrow, a handlebar moustache, elongated ears, a circular tilaka on the forehead and a low bun in the right side of the head. He is adorned with a couple of necklaces (kanthabhusana), chest ornaments (vakshabhusana), a diamond-shaped bracelet in his right wrist and an undecorated girdle around the waist. His left hand is broken below the elbow and with his right hand he seems to be holding a musical instrument that resembles to that of an ektara or dotara (string instruments). His head tilts backward to the right and his legs are marching forward to the left. The feet of the sculpture are broken. |
