Description / विवरण | It is an elongated stone block that has been preserved at the Deoparvat archaeological site and displays a distinctive representation of flora. In the figure, a beautiful scene of lotus flower with a long stalk, and buds are arranged in an interlacing pattern on the stone block.Among the different floral motifs, lotus plays a vital role to decorate the temple architecture. Artists depicted the lotus motif in different perspectives at the Deoparvat site. |
