| Description / विवरण | This is a broken female figure of a temple attendant. The entire head portion of the figure is missing and broken. The figure stands on a lotus pedestal in sampada-sthanka attitude. Of the two hands, the right hand is mutilated, and the left hand holds a container at the top of the chest. The figure wears a kayabandh as a lower garment, while any cloth is absent from her upper body. Further, a piece of cloth crosses both hands, and the folds of the fabric are flying on both sides. The upper body is exposed, so her voluptuousness is expressed through her heavy round breast. The figure is ornamented, with bangles in her left hand. Other details are not clear. |
