| Description / विवरण | This broken sculpture depicts the figure of Surya shown in samapada-sthanaka posture standing on a pedestal. Both its hands are broken, there are depiction of lotus motiffs visible on the two sides of the figure. The facial attributes of the figure includes closed eyes, broken nose and lips. It is adorned with an ornamented mukuta (headgear), kundalas and hara (neck ornament) and a vanamala. It is also seems to be wearing an kayabandhi. |
