Standing goddess Teramba looks like Mahisasura Mardini. Eighteen hands all the hands are damaged except four. The uppermost right-hand holds a shaft and the other upper right hand is shown holding an unidentified object. In two of the left hands, one is shown holding a shield and the other is shown holding some unidentified object. The breasts are prominent. Kirita mukuta is half chopped off. Goddess crushing the demon with the right leg and left leg resting on a pedestal. Kundala, necklace, kati bandha and transparent garment are seen in the sculpture. On the pedestal, the Mahis in a vigorous pose with his head cut off and the tongue is hanging from his mouth is depicted. The vahana lion is attacking the demon from his back and biting the hip with his claws into the demons body. A chakra is seen on the belly of the buffalo demon. Two female attendants on the pedestal, head of both chopped off. Two attendants at the feet in tribhanga looking upwards to goddess. Above, on both sides vyala and makara as usual,on the top six flying gandharvas, four female and two male, three on either sides shown standing on makara. It the background of head a prabhamandal is seen. The name श्री तेरम्बा is engraved on the pedestal in Nagari script 10th-11th century CE.
