| Description / विवरण | A carved piece of sculpture, depicting a life-size figure of the probably goddess Indrani seated in ardhaparyanka pose on a lotus which is supported by an elephant. Four arms all broken face blunted, breasts chopped off. She has Jata mukuta on the head, earrings, necklace, garland, armlet, Katibandha, anklet and the vaijantimala. A third eye is also depicted on the forehead of the goddess which shows her association with tantra. Six attendants are shown on the sculpture three on either side. Two from the left and one from the right side are headless. Above these, there are the usual depiction of vyala, makaras, and the flying Gandharvas, on the parikara. Behind the head of the goddess Abhamandala and depiction similar to fire is depicted. An Nagari inscription श्री रणजिरा is engraved on the pedestal. |
